Also on the Team Oregon website is a copy of the Bell Helmet "Determining proper helmet fit" guide. An ill-fitting helmet is better than no helmet, but it will irritate you to the point where you'll consider taking advantage of the "no helmet required" laws in Illinois and Wisconsin.
